The website is hosted by Alfahosting. Access involves processing the connection data needed to deliver it, particularly the IP address and details of the requested resource. This supports website operation and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is an accessible, secure website. Contact and appointment requests

You can contact us by email, telephone or our enquiry forms. Your name, email address, enquiry topic and any optional phone number, preferred date and time are used only to process your enquiry and arrange details personally. Enquiries about a possible service are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling correspondence.

Required and optional information

You are not legally required to provide your data. We need the fields marked with an asterisk to process an enquiry through the form; it cannot be submitted without them. Phone number and message are optional. You can alternatively contact us by phone or email.

Before an online submission, you review a summary and actively confirm sending. Enquiries are handed to our business mailbox. Technical handover does not confirm an appointment. The enquiry is sent directly through the website without requiring your own email program. If transmission fails, your entries remain available for another attempt. You can also reach us using the listed contact details.

Technical protection against abusive and duplicate enquiries is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure, functioning enquiry service and preventing duplicate messages.

The enquiry service stores a request ID, protected checksums, a pseudonymised connection value, a timestamp and delivery status. Names, email addresses and messages are not stored as plain text in this technical record. When another new enquiry is accepted for processing, completed technical records older than 24 hours are removed. Records with uncertain delivery status remain until clarified. Business correspondence is kept for processing and necessary evidence, then deleted unless a statutory retention duty applies.

Where a statutory retention duty applies, further storage is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. The deletion period then follows the applicable statutory duty.

For tutoring enquiries, please provide an adult’s contact details. Do not enter health information or confidential student documents in free-text fields.

Website help and appointment view

Website help answers general questions directly in your browser using prepared information. Text entered there is neither sent to an AI provider nor forwarded to us. For a personal reply, use the contact form or email. The appointment view offers preferred times to request; it does not show private calendar data or create automatic bookings.

Fonts, cookies and analytics

The fonts and images used are delivered by this website. The website application sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and includes no external services for those purposes. The enquiry process requires no local storage or persistent browser cookie. Its short-lived security token remains only in the memory of the open page.

Language selection

The website selects a supported language using your preferred browser language. If it is unknown or unsupported, English is shown. You can switch between German, English, Russian, French and Italian at any time. Your choice is reflected in the page address and during the open visit; we set no cookies for this and store no form data in browser storage. Translations are supplied locally with the website.
